Client confidentiality policy

Clients trust us with information about their business, their teams, their finances or their personal plans. We treat it with the discretion of a consultancy: it is used only for the engagement it was given to us for.

Any non-public information you give us is treated as confidential, whether or not it is marked as such.

• information about your business, strategy, customers and suppliers;
• your financial, accounting and tax data;
• staff files, pay and appraisals;
• travel, study and visa documents;
• our conversations, proposals and deliverables;
• documents handed to the Service Desk.

• used only for the agreed engagement;
• access limited to the Nexora people working on your file;
• never shared with a third party without your written agreement;
• your name is never used as a reference without your permission;
• no confidential information in an unapproved AI tool;
• stored on secure tools, paper files under lock.

Our partners, employees and associates are bound to secrecy by their contracts and our Code of Conduct. When a licensed partner or subcontractor needs to be involved, they receive only the information they need and commit to protecting it on the same terms.

We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before any sensitive information is exchanged. Ask for it at your first contact.

If an engagement could create a conflict of interest with another client or with our directors, we tell you before starting and proceed only with your agreement.

Confidentiality does not cover information that is already public, or information that the law, a court or an authority requires us to disclose. In that case we disclose only what is strictly needed and tell you where the law allows.

At the end of the engagement, we return or delete your documents, as you choose, except what the law requires us to keep. Our duty of confidentiality continues after the engagement ends.
